Text

(a)A county described in section 1(a) of this chapter shall consolidate all real property, buildings, equipment, supplies, employees, insurance, and equity of the county home and the hospital and operate both as one (1) entity to be known as the "________________ Health Center".
(b)The health center must include at least the following two (2) divisions:
(1)The health care facility division.
(2)The hospital division.
