§ 12-30-7-38 — Community life
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
Effort shall be made to provide community
life and opportunities for activities, under the direction of a physician,
that are consistent with the mental and physical well-being of the
residents or patients.
