§ 12-30-7-2 — Contracting county defined
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
As used in this chapter, "contracting county"
means a county that contracts with the county having a health center for
the care of patients afflicted with tuberculosis or other chronic diseases.
