§ 12-30-7-14 — Health center board of managers; mileage payments
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
Members of the board of mangers serve
without salary, but shall be entitled to the amount for mileage equal to
the amount per mile paid to state officers and employees according to
the state travel policies and procedures established by the Indiana
department of administration and approved by the budget agency.
Mileage shall be paid for travel to and from official meetings of the
board of managers and for travel incurred in connection with official
health center business.
