§ 12-30-7-13 — Health center board of managers; election of president and vice president; term of office; minute book
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
At the annual meeting the board of managers
shall elect a president and vice president who serve for one (1) year
terms. The proceedings of the board of managers shall be recorded in
an official minute book maintained by the secretary.
