Text
(a)The board of managers shall hold one (1)
regular meeting each month at the health center or at some other
location designated by the board of managers and shall call as many
other meetings as may be prescribed by the rules of the board of
managers. The May meeting is the annual meeting.
(b)Six (6) members of the board of managers constitute a quorum
for the transaction of business.
