§ 12-30-7-11 — Health center board of managers; vacancies
Indiana·Art. 30 COUNTY HOMES AND OTHER COUNTY·Ch. 7 Health Centers in Allen County and St. Joseph County
A vacancy occurring for any reason in the
membership of the board of managers shall be filled for the unexpired
term by an individual appointed by the county executive.
