(a)All appointments to the board of managers may be for terms of four (4) years. A member of the board of managers may not serve more than two (2) consecutive terms of four
(4)years, except that a member of the board of managers for a health center located in a county described in section 1(b) of this chapter may serve consecutive four (4) year terms without limitation.
