Indiana Statutes
§ 12-30-3-25 — Immunity from personal liability
The:
(1)members of the county home board;
(2)the county home superintendent; and
(3)officers and employees of the county home;
are not personally liable, except to the state or the county, for an
official act done or omitted in connection with the performance of
duties established under this chapter.
