(a)This section applies to a county that does not have a consolidated city.
(b)The amount to be charged for the care and maintenance of each patient or resident in the county home shall be fixed as provided by law and may not exceed the maximum amount established by law. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-4-3-9(c).]
