Indiana Statutes
§ 12-30-2-4 — Superintendent; bond
Each superintendent of a county home
established and operated under this chapter may, in the manner
prescribed by IC 5-4-1, be required to give bond, conditioned upon the
faithful discharge of the superintendent's duty.
