§ 12-30-2-3 — Superintendent; nepotism
A relative of a member of the board of
commissioners may not be appointed superintendent or employed in
any capacity. A relative of the superintendent, except the spouse as
assistant, may not be employed in any capacity with the home except
by the consent of the board of commissioners.
