§ 12-29-4-2 — Application of SEA 350-2008
Notwithstanding any other law, the additions and amendments to the Indiana Code set forth in SEA 350-2008 are applicable only to the extent that:
(1)the congressional moratorium on the implementation of the
restricted rules by the United States Secretary of Health and
Human Services is not extended; and
(2)the restricted rules are implemented.
