5.
(a)The division of disability and
rehabilitative services shall increase the reimbursement rate for
services provided to an individual who receives services:
(1)under a waiver under the federal home and community based
services program; and
(2)of greater than thirty-five (35) hours per week.
(b)The amount of the increase in the reimbursement rate described
in subsection (a) shall be as follows:
(1)For the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, and ending
June 30, 2016, the reimbursement rate shall be increased by an
amount equal to:
(A)the reimbursement rate in effect on June 30, 2015;
multiplied by
(B)two and one-half percent (2.5%).
(2)For the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2016, and ending
June 30, 2017, the reimbursement rate shall be increased by an
amount equal to:
