Text
(a)Pursuant to the compact described in
section 1 of this chapter, the director or a person authorized to act on
behalf of the director shall perform the duties of compact administrator.
(b)The compact administrator may, acting jointly with like officers
of other party states, adopt rules to carry out more effectively the terms
of the compact.
(c)The compact administrator shall cooperate with all departments,
agencies, and officers of the state and subdivisions of the state in
facilitating the proper administration of the compact or of any
supplementary agreement entered into by Indiana under the compact.
