Text
(a)An individual whose rights were violated
or a person authorized by statute to act on the individual's behalf may
bring an action.
(b)An action under this section shall be brought in a court that has
jurisdiction.
(c)In an action under this section, money damages may be awarded
only for willful or wanton violation of the rights recognized by this
article.
