Text
As used in this chapter, "reasonable means of communication" includes the following rights:
(1)To be visited at reasonable times.
(2)To send and receive sealed mail.
(3)To have access to a reasonable amount of letter writing
materials and postage.
(4)To place and receive telephone calls at the patient's own
expense.
