Text
(a)Notice of a hearing under this chapter shall
be given to all of the following:
(1)The individual.
(2)The petitioner.
(3)The superintendent or the chief executive officer of a facility
having care or custody of the individual.
(b)The notice required by subsection (a) must state the time, place,
and date of the hearing.
