Text
The following may not be held liable for an act or omission taken in good faith under this chapter, unless the act or omission constitutes gross negligence or willful or wanton misconduct:
(1)A facility in which an individual is detained, treated,
evaluated, or assessed.
(2)A law enforcement officer.
(3)The superintendent of a facility.
(4)A physician.
(5)An advanced practice registered nurse.
(6)A physician assistant.
