§ 12-26-10-1 — Court consultation with facility superintendent or attending physician

Indiana·Art. 26 VOLUNTARY AND INVOLUNTARY·Ch. 10 Care Pending Admission to a Facility
If an individual is committed to a facility, the court shall consult with the superintendent or the attending physician concerning the method of caring for the individual pending admission to the facility. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-9.1-16(a) part.]
