§ 12-26-1-6 — Conduct of judicial proceedings; rules of procedure

Except as otherwise provided, a judicial proceeding under this article shall be conducted as other civil proceedings according to the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-9.1-13.]
