Text

The director may, in accordance with the laws governing injunctions, maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin a person from establishing, conducting, managing, or operating an institution for the treatment and care of persons with psychiatric disorders, developmental disabilities, convulsive disturbances, or other abnormal mental conditions without having a license as required by this article.
