§ 12-25-4-1 — Actions to enjoin establishing, conducting, managing, or operating institution without having license
The director may, in accordance with the laws
governing injunctions, maintain an action in the name of the state to
enjoin a person from establishing, conducting, managing, or operating
an institution for the treatment and care of persons with psychiatric
disorders, developmental disabilities, convulsive disturbances, or other
abnormal mental conditions without having a license as required by
this article.
