§ 12-25-3-3 — Certification to court of copies of complaint and order or application and order
The secretary or the secretary's designee shall cause to be certified to the appropriate court a copy of:
(1)the complaint and the order for a suspension or revocation; or
(2)the application and order of refusal of a license.
