Text
The director may suspend or revoke a license issued under this article on any of the following grounds:
(1)Violation of a provision of this article or the rules adopted
under IC 12-21-2-3(5).
(2)Permitting, aiding, or abetting the commission of an illegal act
in the institution.
(3)Conduct or practice found by the director to be detrimental to
the welfare of individuals in the institution.
