Text

After a patient has been admitted to a state institution, it is the responsibility of:

(1)the patient;
(2)the payee of any type of benefit received on behalf of a patient; or
(3)the responsible parties of the patient; to supply clothing requested by the superintendent for the patient. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-18.1-13(a).]
