§ 12-24-6-7 — Responsibility to supply clothing after admission
After a patient has been admitted to a state institution, it is the responsibility of:
(1)the patient;
(2)the payee of any type of benefit received on behalf of a
patient; or
(3)the responsible parties of the patient;
to supply clothing requested by the superintendent for the patient.
