Text
(a)Upon receipt of a charge under section
10 of this chapter, the county auditor shall draw a warrant on the
treasurer of the county for payment of the charge.
(b)A charge shall be paid out of the money of the county
appropriated for that purpose.
(c)The fiscal body of each county shall annually appropriate
sufficient money to pay the accounts.
(d)A payment by a county under this section shall be transmitted to
the superintendent of the billing state institution.
