§ 12-24-5-7 — Interstate agreements concerning return of individuals to state of residence
The director may enter into agreements with authorities of another state that enacts legislation consistent with this chapter for the following:
(1)The arbitration of disputed questions between the other state
and Indiana concerning the residence of individuals.
(2)The return of the individuals to their place of residence.
