§ 12-24-5-7 — Interstate agreements concerning return of individuals to state of residence

Indiana·Art. 24 STATE INSTITUTIONS·Ch. 5 Admission to State Institutions

The director may enter into agreements with authorities of another state that enacts legislation consistent with this chapter for the following:

(1)The arbitration of disputed questions between the other state and Indiana concerning the residence of individuals.
