§ 12-24-4-2 — Duties of director and superintendent with respect to security officers appointed
The director and the superintendent shall do the following with respect to security officers appointed under this chapter:
(1)Prescribe duties.
(2)Direct conduct.
(3)Prescribe distinctive uniforms.
(4)Designate emergency vehicles for the use of the security
officers.
