§ 12-24-17-8 — Releasing information concerning a patient's medical records or treatment without written consent of patient, parent, or guardian

A person who knowingly or intentionally releases information concerning a patient's medical records or treatment under IC 12-24-11 or IC 16-39-2 without the knowing, written consent of the patient or the patient's parent or guardian commits a Class B infraction.
