Text
(a)A person is exempt from complying with
this chapter only to the extent that compliance with this chapter will
result in a loss of federal money or services.
(b)A person shall comply with this chapter and perform additional
acts required to receive federal money or services if performance of the
additional acts not specified by this chapter are required to receive the
federal money or services.
