Text

If:

(1)it becomes necessary to appoint a guardian for the estate of an individual who has been committed to a state institution; and
(2)the estate of the individual does not exceed three hundred dollars ($300); the attorney general shall represent the individual in securing the appointment of a guardian for the individual's estate. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-19-1 part.]
