Text

(a)The division may establish and administer a community and faith based substance abuse transportation assistance grant program for the purpose of supporting individuals in:
(1)avoiding abuse of; or
(2)overcoming addiction to; at least one (1) substance by reimbursing participants or programs operated by a nonprofit community or faith based entity for a participant's travel costs of transportation to meetings or activities.
(b)The division shall administer the program. The division shall create a grant application for the grant and develop a process for receiving and evaluating completed grant applications.
(c)An applicant for a grant under this chapter must meet the following requirements:
(1)Has been operating the program for at least three (3) years before the date the grant appl
