The division shall establish:
(1)a comprehensive addiction recovery center certification for
eligible entities that meet the requirements of this chapter; and
(2)a comprehensive addiction recovery center grant program for
the purpose of assisting in the establishment or operation of
comprehensive addiction recovery centers.
