Text
(a)Subject to the approval of the Indiana
commission to combat substance use disorder, the physician
medication assisted treatment training reimbursement pilot program is
established to provide reimbursement to physicians who meet the
requirements of section 3 of this chapter, for the purpose of increasing
the number of qualified physicians in Indiana with training in
medication assisted treatment.
(b)The division shall administer the program.
