§ 12-23-21-1 — "Waiver training"
As used in this chapter, "waiver training"
refers to an eight (8) hour training program required under the federal
Drug Addiction Treatment Act of 2000 for a qualified physician to
prescribe schedule III, IV, and V controlled substances in settings other
than an opioid treatment program for the treatment of opioid use
disorders.
