Text
(a)The division shall reimburse for the use
of addiction treatment teams from mental health and addiction forensic
treatment services grants under IC 12-23-19 for those entities that have
been approved by a community corrections advisory board (IC 11-12-2-2).
(b)The division shall develop a reimbursement system for addiction
treatment teams that is sufficient to encourage the development and use
of addiction treatment teams.
(c)The division may use private grants, gifts, and donations to
provide additional incentive payments to addiction treatment teams for
providing services in high risk areas with a substance abuse epidemic.
