Text
When considered necessary, an addiction treatment team shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the following:
(1)A pharmacy licensed under IC 25-26, for purposes of
accessing medication assisted treatment drugs.
(2)A mental health provider that treats patients with substance
use disorders, for the purpose of providing comprehensive
treatment for a patient.
