Text
The division may establish drug abuse treatment and rehabilitation units:
(1)independently within local communities;
(2)as part of the community mental health plan; or
(3)in cooperation with local authorities or associations for the
purpose of study, rehabilitation, and treatment necessary for the
control and prevention of drug abuse.
