§ 12-23-16-1 — Symptoms and conditions constituting drug abuse; determination by director
For the purpose of this chapter, the director,
in accordance with sound medical and psychiatric knowledge, may
determine what symptoms and conditions must exist to say that an
individual abuses drugs.
