Text
A minor less than eighteen (18) years of age
may be placed under the treatment supervision of the division by the
court having jurisdiction over the minor, according to the procedure
established for juveniles in such cases or the procedure established by
this article if the court having juvenile jurisdiction waives jurisdiction.
