§ 12-23-12-2 — Notification or consent of parents or guardians; discretion of division or facility; immunity from suit
Notification or consent is at the discretion of
the division or a facility approved by the division. A criminal action or
civil suit may not be maintained against the division or the division's
agents for the reasonable exercise of this discretion.
