§ 12-23-1-10 — Cooperation of other agencies
The division is the state authority primarily
responsible for prevention, control, treatment and rehabilitation,
education, research, and planning in the field of addictions. All other
agencies of state and local government shall cooperate with the
division to assist in the performance of the division's functions.
