§ 12-21-8-7 — Rules
Indiana·Art. 21 DIVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND·Ch. 8 9-8-8 Crisis Hotline Centers and Mobile Crisis Teams
The division shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2
to allow appropriate information sharing and communication between
and across crisis and emergency response systems for the purpose of
real time crisis care coordination, including deployment of crisis and
outgoing services and linked, flexible services specific to crisis
response.
