§ 12-21-8-5 — "Peer"
Indiana·Art. 21 DIVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH AND·Ch. 8 9-8-8 Crisis Hotline Centers and Mobile Crisis Teams
As used in this chapter, "peer" means an
individual employed on the basis of the individual's personally lived
experience with mental illness or addiction and recovery and meets the
requirements of peer certification established by the division.
