§ 12-21-8-2 — "Crisis receiving and stabilization services"

As used in this chapter, "crisis receiving and stabilization services" means behavioral health services that provide short term, less than twenty-four (24) hour care with the capacity for diagnosis, initial management, observation, crisis stabilization, and follow-up referral services to a person in a homelike environment.
