Text
(a)The commission shall consist of the
following members:
(1)The director of the division or the director's designee.
(2)The director of the department of child services or the
director's designee.
(3)The secretary of education or the secretary's designee.
(4)A representative from a community mental health provider
association with statewide jurisdiction.
(5)A representative from a mental health advocacy association
with statewide jurisdiction.
(6)A licensed pediatric adolescent psychiatrist.
(7)A representative of a statewide elder advisory group.
(8)A representative from the Indiana Association of County
Commissioners.
(b)The president pro tempore of the senate, the minority leader of
the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the minority
leader of the house
