5.

(a)This subsection applies if the federal government selects the state of Indiana to participate in the community mental health services demonstration program described in IC 12-15-1.3-25(f). The office of the secretary and the division shall include each community mental health center that is able to meet all federal and state requirements concerning programming and data reporting:
(1)before July 1, 2027, as a part of the community mental health services demonstration program; or
(2)beginning July 1, 2027, as part of a state plan amendment requiring Medicaid reimbursement for Medicaid eligible certified community behavioral health clinic services upon the completion of the demonstration program described in subdivision (1).
