§ 12-21-1-3 — Composition of division
The division is composed of the following:
(1)The director.
(2)The division of mental health and addiction planning and
advisory council.
(3)A coordinator for a statewide program for suicide prevention.
(4)Other personnel necessary for the performance of the
functions imposed upon the division under law.
