Text

An individual may be denied township assistance for not more than one hundred eighty (180) days whenever the individual or a member of the individual's household:

(1)has been:
(A)sent by a township where the individual does not reside to a location outside the township at the individual's request or by court order; and
(B)transported to a location outside the township at public expense; and
(2)knowingly reapplies for assistance in the township from which the individual or member of the individual's household was sent. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-1-14(b).]
