§ 12-20-8-5 — Determination of legal residence; factors discounted

Indiana·Art. 20 TOWNSHIP ASSISTANCE·Ch. 8 Legal Residence as Condition for Receipt of Township
Time spent in a penal institution, public or private charitable or benevolent institution, hospital, fraternal home, or in any place while serving in the armed forces of the United States may not be counted in determining legal residence in Indiana. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-1-5(d).]
